Our meal plans are available as 1300, 1400, 1500 or 1600 calorie plans and contain the perfect macro ratios for weight loss. Each day of each plan is carefully crafted to provide about 75% of your calories as fat, 20% as protein and 5% as net carbs.

Each day’s menu uses meals from our easy-to-use popular cookbooks. We also provide easy substitutions from our cookbooks and other simple meals so if you don’t like a particular dinner you can easily choose one that works for you!
All plans are designed to be used for 4-6 weeks. Once you’ve used our plan for a few weeks you’ll be easily able to slot in your favorite meals from our cookbooks and keep losing weight!
Each day’s meals are economically designed to make leftovers so you can choose to eat the same menu for a few days, freeze portions for future meals or feed your family each day too.
What happens if you need to eat 1350 calories? We recommend sizing down and using the 1300 meal plan.
